The Rental Market on
West Maui has always been very tight. Our rentals are usually on the market for only
a week or two so we suggest you visit this page often. Hawaii State Law describes a
long term rental as a rental of 6 months or more. Long term rentals are subject to
general excise tax (4.167%) but are exempt from the transient accommodations, or
"hotel" tax. We do not take "RESERVATIONS" for long term
rentals. They are rented out as they become available.
