The Pikake is a
two-story Polynesian-style building comprised of twelve units in a beachfront garden
setting. Each private lanai faces the sandy shoreline and the radiant Pacific Ocean. Your
view can include sunsets, frolicking whales, 'breakfast rainbows' and neighbor islands of
Molokai and Lanai. The coral reef just offshore makes the beach calm enough for children
to play on, while providing a wondrous exploring ground for snorkelers.
The rest of Maui is, of course, renowned
for its wealth of activities. These are the surroundings you'll be immersed in at the
Pikake.
There are ten 1-bedroom units that
accommodate up to four guests, and a couple of 2-bedroom units with facilities for up to
six. Each of the units are "little homes" attractively furnished by the owners,
and include appliances such as television, radio, and telephone as well as a full set of
linens.
All Pikake units are
equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board (either large or
small), television, VCR or DVD player, CD player, ceiling fan(s), picnic coolers. Our
kitchens are completely equipped with blenders, microwave ovens, dishwashers, and
full-size refrigerators, as well as all the utensils you'll need to cook up a storm!
A grocery store is just a short walk away, and we also have a laundry room on the
grounds with a washer and dryer available for your use. You'll feel as if you're right at
home on Maui! |
