Maui Lodging Location

All of our West Maui Lodging complexes are located in the same area.  Go about 7 miles north of the old whaling village of Lahaina and midway between Kapalua and Kaanapali in West Maui.
From the Kahului Airport, follow signs pointing to Lahaina (route #380 then changing to route #30). Continue past Lahaina and Kaanapali.  Mile marker #27 will be just prior to Akahele St.  There is a traffic light at Akahele, turn left, go two blocks and turn right on L. Honoapiilani (locals call this the Lower Road).  Proceed four tenths of a mile to Kahana Villa, this will be the first condominium complex on your right.  The address is 4242 L. Honoapiilani.  Maui Lodging is in the front commercial section of the building (to your right).  There is ample parking in the lot closest to the street.

Please call ahead two weeks prior to your arrival and get specific check-in instructions for your specific location, especially if you think you might be arriving late.

Note:  Costco is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mon - Sat.  Sunday 11:00a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Costco is located at the first stop light (on the left) as you leave the airport.  Costco will be your best buy for grocery shopping.    You will also find Safeway and Star Market convenient to where you are staying.

The Fine Print-- Please Read
<>    $500 (Discover, Visa or Master Card) deposit required to reserve a unit. 
<>    Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
<>    Reservations cancelled (in writing) more than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded $450 of the $500 deposit.
<>    Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling, burns, breakage and stains.  A $300 security deposit is placed on the guests charge card at check-in and removed at check-out.
       unless damages are done by the guests.     
<>    Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit payments unless dates are re-booked.
<>    10 night minimum stay required for Christmas/New Year and President's Day holidays booked more than 2 months prior.
<>    All stays under 7 nights have a one time surcharge ($95 for a studio or 1 bedroom/1 bath, $125 for all others).
<>    ALL MAUI LODGING UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING!!  Including the lanai and balcony.  A $300 min. surcharge for violating smoking rule.
<>    Prices quoted are for 1-2 people in a one bedroom, 1-4 people in a two bedroom.  Additional people where allowed
        are $10 per night per person extra.  Children under six (6) months are not charged on the extra person charges
<>    Discounts offered for stays of three weeks or longer
<>    Rates do not include state and local taxes which total 11.42%
<>    Travel insurance is strongly recommended.  Once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your vacation days can be re-sold.
